How to remove the ceramic insert

Hold the bezel in your hands and press the top of it with your thumb so that the bezel insert pops out. Never tried that method but it's what I'd try if I had to remove an insert on an Ali X case. Unfortunately on this ring lock bezel, your absolutely best scenario is to push the crystal out then. We have found the biggest issue with replacing inserts is getting the bezel off cleanly, without scratching the watch. Replacing it for an aluminium one with just loomed 12-hour pip. Anyway, I've spent hours faffing about with knives and razors, but cant get under it to prize (best spelling) it.
